Service and Pricing Options
Preventative Maintenance*
$395 aircooled / $595 liquid cooled - One time fee
If your generator light is green and has been serviced within last 12 months. We will always complete a service before signing you up for an annual preventative maintenance contract.
*Includes additional $125 dispatch fee if customer does not sign up for annual contract.
Generator Repair & Warranty*
$120 air cooled | $225 liquid cooled - One time fee
If your generator is not working, if its light is not fully green, and/or it has not been serviced in the last 12 months, we will do a DIAGNOSTIC to determine next steps. If you would like us to complete the repair, the hourly rate is $100 plus cost of materials.
*Includes additional $125 dispatch fee if customer does not sign up for annual contract.
Monitoring - WiFi + Cellular Options*
$50 WiFi | $215 Cellular or (Centurion) - Annual Fee
A GenMonitor adds your generator to our fleet allowing us to see the data sent to your Mobile Link device in real time. If we see a problem that might prevent the generator from transferring power to your home during an outage, we send someone out within 24 hours.
*Only offered in conjunction with annual service contract.
